Ledger Live Login:
a thoughtful access guide

Ledger Live gives hardware-wallet owners a place to view accounts, manage supported assets, and prepare transactions. A safe login starts before you open the app: download Ledger Live only from Ledger’s official website or a verified app-store listing, and check the address carefully. Fraudulent pages often imitate familiar wallet brands and use urgent messages to push people into sharing secret information.

Open the installed application and connect your own Ledger device. Depending on your setup, you may unlock the device with its PIN and confirm account actions on the device screen. Your 24-word recovery phrase is not a password and should never be entered into a website, shared with support, or typed into a computer to “restore” access at someone’s request. Anyone who obtains it may gain control of your assets.

Before sending funds, verify the recipient, amount, and network on the hardware wallet itself—not only on your computer or phone. Keep the app and device software updated through official channels, and pause if a prompt feels unexpected. Self-custody puts important decisions in your hands; careful verification, private recovery backups, and skepticism toward unsolicited support are essential parts of responsible wallet use.
